Sales Executive


  • To establish good rapport with customers and assist in identifying business opportunities.
  • Developing new accounts, maintaining existing clientele and expanding existing accounts portfolio.
  • Accomplish the sales responsibilities to build the customer base, achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate and maintain the existing customers' sales leads and contact customers in a timely manner to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • To liaise and maintain good relationship with project coordinators, sub-contractors, customer, etc.
  • Collect and provide customer feedback on service for future service enhancement to meet the service standards.
  • Maintain and support customer related matters to ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with operations and related departments to resolve customer issues.
  • To handle all customer enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally.
  • To do quotation.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics/Transportation, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferable with 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Freight Forwarding, Sales & Marketing. However, fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Have knowledge in seafreight, airfreight and project cargo will be an added advantage.
  • Have good selling skills.
  • Ability to work in a team based or Multifunctional Environment
  • Outgoing personality, aggressive, positive and a ‘Can-Do’ attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Energetic, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Driven, confident and comfortable in engaging with customers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to execute sales strategies.
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license.
